Find out what should be automated.

The Automation Audit maps how your work actually flows today, and tells you which parts are worth automating and which are not — before you pay to automate anything.

What you are actually buying

Nothing breaks. We watch it, and we fix it.

An automation that fails quietly costs more than not having one: the work stops, and nobody notices until the damage is done.

So we do not hand you a workflow and wish you luck. Every run is checked. When something upstream changes — a form field, an API, a login — we catch it and absorb it. You hear about it from us, before you hear about it from a customer.

Where to start

Where do companies like yours benefit most?

Almost never in a standalone chatbot. The money is in the seams — where sales, operations and finance hand work to each other, and someone re-types it.

Worked at $30 an hour, loaded. The red figure is what doing it by hand costs you today; the green bar is the part of that we would give back, at the same 70% the calculator uses — a share of the cost, not money on top of it. Before what we charge, and the hours are the example: your audit measures yours.

We start with the one that is high volume, clear rules and low risk — not the one that sounds most impressive. And we integrate with the provider you already use: replacing what works is the most expensive way to automate, and usually the least necessary.

The part nobody budgets for

The work is already being done. Someone is just doing it by hand. How much is that costing you?

Re-keying the same order into two systems. Chasing a form that never arrived. Rebuilding a report every Monday morning. It never shows up as a line item, so it never gets questioned.

We model that we can take over 70% of the repetitive part — deliberately conservative. The audit replaces this estimate with your real numbers.

Pricing

You pay to build it once, and to keep it running every month.

Building and maintaining are different jobs. Charged together, one of them ends up given away — usually the one that keeps you working.

Automation Audit

$3,500freeone time · USD

Seven days, two consulting sessions and a roadmap you keep. Free while we are taking on new clients this quarter.

Build

$5,000 – $25,000one time · USD

Mapping, wiring and testing the automation until it runs on your real data, not on a demo.

Watch

From $500a month · USD

Every run checked. Failures caught and fixed. Changes on the other side absorbed without you filing a ticket.

Where you land in the range depends on how many processes, how many systems they touch, and how many exceptions the rules have. The audit is what turns that into a number.

How we work

Quoted once, not by the hour. Then watched every month.

Building it is finite: six steps, and you can see the end from the start. Keeping it alive is a loop — and that is the part most people find out about too late.

THE BUILD · ONE TIME THE WATCH · EVERY MONTH one process first what the pilot taught us Discovery Analysis Design Pilot Build Deploy handover Monitor Catch Fix Improve every run same day no ticket new rules
The build ends. The loop is what the monthly fee pays for — and the reason an automation you bought two years ago still runs.

The build, once

  1. Discovery — we watch how the work actually flows, not how the manual says it does.
  2. Analysis — what is worth automating, and what we would leave alone.
  3. Design — the flow, the rules, and above all the exceptions.
  4. Pilot — one process, on your real data, small enough to undo.
  5. Build — the rest, wired into the tools you already use.
  6. Deploy — with a way back, in case the day goes badly.

The watch, every month

  1. Monitor — every run checked, not a dashboard you have to remember to open.
  2. Catch — a field renamed upstream, an expired token, a slow response.
  3. Fix — ours to make. No ticket, no change order, no waiting on a quote.
  4. Improve — the new case becomes a rule, so it does not happen twice.

The free audit

Tell us where it hurts. We will map the rest.

$3,500free

That is what the audit costs on its own. It is free while we are taking on new clients this quarter — and the report is yours either way, even if you never hire us.

No card, no obligation, and no call needed to get started — we begin from what you write here.

  1. You send thistakes a minute

Before you start

What people ask us before starting

What exactly is the Automation Audit, and what do I get?

Seven days. You get a map of your processes, the automation opportunities we found, the tools we recommend, a budget forecast, a step-by-step implementation roadmap, an ROI projection model and two consulting sessions.

Which tools do you work with?

Our primary automation platform is n8n, chosen for flexibility and control, and we also work with Zapier, Make and whatever fits. For AI our primary partner is OpenAI, alongside providers such as DeepMind and Grok. For messaging and telephony we use Twilio, and for social channels we work directly with Meta's ecosystem.

Do I have to replace the tools I already use?

No. We integrate with your existing or preferred provider. Replacing what already works is the most expensive way to automate, and usually the least necessary.

How is your chatbot different from any other one?

It works the conversation by stage: it tells first-time visitors from returning or existing customers, and runs a task built for the stage each person is at. It also remembers if someone asked for a human and hands over immediately — and does the same the moment it detects frustration in the conversation.

What does the discovery call commit me to?

Nothing. It is a 30-minute guided conversation to find inefficiencies, weigh automation opportunities and work out whether this can produce a real return for you. No obligations, no commitment, no hype.
